Situation: Caesar invites Maureen, his cousin, to come
to his birthday party at a cafe.
Caesar : Hello, can I speak to Maureen,
please?
Maureen : Yes, this is Maureen speaking.
Caesar : Hi, Maureen. How are you?
Maureen : Just fine, thanks.
Caesar : Say, are you doing anything tomorrow night?
Maureen : No, I am free tomorrow night.
Caesar : Great! Would you like to come to
my birthday party at Vanessa’s
Cafe?
Maureen : With pleasure. What time will it be?
Caesar : We’ll have the party at 07.00
p.m. shall I pick you up?
Maureen : That would be nice.
